Most of our loan programs require monthly interest payments, however we do have an option for well qualified borrowers to defer interest for 6 months and roll all lender related closing costs into the loan.

Depending on the loan program chosen, most of the time yes. However, we do have a no bank statement/no minimum reserve option for well qualified borrowers.

Rates for fix%flip range from 8-12%. DSCR starts at 6.75%. These will fluctuate based on borrower experience and credit score. We charge a 1% origination fee and there are typically about $1500 in admin fees associated with closing.

We have 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, and 24 month loan term options, with most being 12 months and extensions available on a case by case basis.
